I awaken this charisma in people, especially in managers. Because managers are the influencing factor in companies. They control communication and thus spirit and culture.
Companies need managers who like people, take them along and develop them further. That is why I design leadership programs for organizations and support people in individual coaching sessions who want to improve their charisma, effectiveness and resilience – for over two decades. I work in an international network of consultants that gives me access tothe latest developments and research results in the fields of neuroscience, leadership and positive psychology.
